1. Our Guarantee
We want you to find genuine value in every guide you purchase from Logos & Mind. If a guide isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase — no questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@logosandmind.com with:
- The email address used for your purchase
- The name of the guide you purchased
- The approximate date of purchase
We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days.
3. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (M-Pesa, Visa, or Mastercard via Paystack). Depending on your bank or mobile money provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect.
4. The Full Library Bundle
The same 7-day guarantee applies to The Full Library bundle. If you purchase the bundle and find it isn't for you, the full bundle price is refundable within the guarantee window.
5. After 7 Days
Because our guides are downloadable digital products delivered instantly, we are unable to offer refunds once the 7-day window has passed. We encourage you to read your guide promptly so you have time to evaluate it within the guarantee period.
6. Free Guide
Our free guide, The Drift, has no associated cost and therefore no refund applies — you can simply unsubscribe at any time.
